Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Quizler. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated: October 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using Quizler ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update the terms from time to time; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The Service

Quizler is a free online general knowledge trivia site. We provide it as is, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your account

You can use Quizler without an account or sign in with Google. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

Leaderboard and display name

Your leaderboard entry, including your display name, totals and country flag, is public. Choose a name that does not impersonate others or contain offensive, harmful or misleading content. We may remove or change any name that breaks this rule.

Trying to manipulate the rankings, for example with automated answers, is not allowed and may lead to removal from the leaderboard or your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, scrape or overload our servers or APIs.
  • Try to get around rate limits, security or sign-in.
  • Submit false, spammy or misleading content through the contact form or question submissions.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Questions you submit

If you submit a trivia question, you confirm it is yours to share and give us permission to use, edit and display it on Quizler. We may decline or remove any submission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its quizzes, code and design, belongs to Quizler. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We try to keep quiz content accurate but make no guarantee about its accuracy, about the Service being available, or about the results of using it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Quizler is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Quizler operates.
